New South Boulder Co-op Opening Fall 2017

Boulder Housing Coalition (BHC) – www.BoulderHousingCoalition.org – will be opening a new co-op in South Boulder in October! This will be the first non-profit owned, permanently affordable co-op to make use of Boulder’s new cooperative housing ordinance, which was passed in January. If you are interested in helping to start a new community, or if you are part of an existing rental cooperative and would like a permanent home, check out the details at this link:

To help potential co-op members get to know each other and the project, the BHC is hosting a series of potlucks in cooperation with Boulder’s broader housing co-op community. An in person interaction with other potential members and the BHC’s Development Committee is a prerequisite for becoming a member of the new co-op. Meet interested co-op house members at this upcoming potluck event:

Sunday, September 10th, 5:30-7:30pm, Masala Co-op, 744 Marine St., Boulder, CO
